Where to start:-
There is always a reason why people who are overweight are overweight. There is always a reason why what was once a small skeletal frame has layers and layers of fat piled on top and it’s usually self inflicted. Excuses like we have no time, we are big boned, slow metabolism, my thyroid, my genes are hurled at you when you question weight gain. While some of these reasons can be legitimate, it is also the lifestyle choices that we make that determines what size our waistline is. One significant reason for being overweight is eating to mask emotional and physical pain where it hasn’t been dealt with; for me this certainly was the case.
My weight problems began when I was living in our family dairy from the age of 9-14. As you can imagine this was heaven for a child being let lose in a candy store. We worked long, hard hours and one day when I was 10 my father died. This was the saddest day of my life. After he died my mother turned more and more to tranquilisers to get through her day. From this time on I became the chief cook and bottle washer for myself, my mother and brother (when he was home from boarding school) and my little sister. Also at this time when I was not at school or playing sport , I was working in the dairy either helping my mother or on my own. I was not paid but got to eat more lollies, ice cream and sometimes cake.
By the time I was 13 I had a bit of a tummy and was starting to get a complex about wearing a one piece on the beach.
At 13 I was also finally getting to know an estranged member of my family . My fathers daughter from a previous marriage and her daughters who were 10 and 12 years old. One day my sister asked me if I would babysit her daughters while she went out. I was nearly 14 and begged my mother to let me do it. As it was my very first babysitting job and paid! I was allowed and went over for the night. This one innocent night turned into a nightmare that changed my life forever. That night myself and my eldest niece of 12 were raped in a home invasion by New Zealand’s first serial rapist, at the time we were both protecting the 10 year old. My sister had not left yet but was paralysed with fear and we were bound and gagged as well.
After this, unbeknown to me, my mother forbade them to have anything more to do with us. I also had to deal with all the trauma of the rape and subsequent court cases on my own as my mother and grandmother never talked about it. There was no counseling and I was just meant to carry on as before. So that is what I did. Put it in the too hard basket and carried on but took comfort in eating unlimited lollies, ice cream, cake , and biscuits, because in my mind I thought if I was fat I would be really unattractive and would not be subjected to such a trauma ever again. The only problem was that when I got fat I hated it!!! And so I would lose the weight and feel really good and people would say how good I looked and I would start over eating again and the yo yo dieting habit began .
When I was 19 I became a young mother when my eldest son was born. At 23 I had my second son and at 24 years old I was a single parent. I have gone on to do many things with my life but my greatest achievements are my 2 sons who have now made me the proud grandmother of 8 grandchildren.
.
We all have reasons that we over eat mostly emotional or lack of education about what we are eating. These are the facts, if you eat too much and don’t exercise enough you will put on weight.
From the age of 13 I have been the yo yo dieting queen and now at the age of 53 I can honestly say that I am in the best shape of my life when I turned 40 years old I decided that yo yo dieting was an idiots game and decided to take responsibility for my actions and get my yo yo dieting under control. I got to the point where I was just sick of my weight fluctuating up and down and so I developed the Figure 8 bodychain and thanks to this I have not put on any weight in the last 11 years, not even over Christmas!
I realized that I needed something that would tell me when enough was enough. An early warning detection system that would always let me know if I was over eating right at that moment, because I realised that if I really and truly knew that I was putting on weight right there and then, I would make better eating choices and my weight would not get out of hand. Of course there was nothing out there that did this, not until the Figure 8 Bodychain.
How does it work? You put it around your waist 24/7 so that it is comfortable, if you want to stay that weight, keep it comfortable. If it starts to get tight and you don’t want to put on weight then put your fork down, get up and go for a walk until it is comfortable again. If it starts to get loose then take it in a link and congratulations you will have lost approx 2kgs (4.4 lbs) . Keep taking it in a link at a time until you get the body you desire. Simple really.
Whatever the reason is, if you want to lose weight and keep it off for good the Figure 8 bodychain is for you. With the Figure 8 bodchain you are in control of yourself 24/7 and you are in control of getting the dream body you want and deserve.
So what are you waiting for? You are the only one who can take control of you and I want the whole world to know that there is now a very effective, easy, affordable, drug free alternative to life long weight management. Do something about your weight and order your own Figure 8 bodychain now.

When I heard about the Bodychain I wasn’t sure it was for me. I had imagined it could be like a chain around me making sure I didn’t do anything bad and I hated the idea of this!
I had been a yoyo dieter for many years as well as living through an eating disorder during my 20’s. In my late 40’s I was 112kgs and when my Doctor gave me news of a health scare, I made a decision to take my weight seriously and try and reduce my weight to a healthy range. Over 18months with the help of a dietician and a Psychotherapist, I discovered how I had fallen into the patterns of unhealthy eating and slowly I shed 39 kilos.
With my self esteem blooming, my new relationship with food and my body, together with understanding my emotional eating patterns that had plagued me all my life, I thought I would never have weight issues again.
Then over 2 years later I unexpectedly became very ill with Pneumonia and Pleurisy. This coincided with Christmas time and as I was feeling very vulnerable, I succumbed to the irresistible luxuries of the festive food offerings. Sometime later the following April I tried on my jeans only to discover to my horror that they no longer fit me and that in fact I had put on 8 kilos. On reflection I could see how some of my old eating choices had crept back into my life but never did I realize that the weight had crept back on to such an extent.
I was lucky enough to know Wendy and she patiently listened to me lamenting about my 8 kilos and heard how I was wondering in disbelief… ‘How on earth did I let this happen…??”
While as I said, the initial idea of trying the Bodychain was met with a little fear, with encouragement and patience from Wendy, I eventually decided to try the Bodychain.
Thanks to Wendy and her amazing invention, this weight is now on its way to being morphed back into life and is NOT sat upon my tummy and I can fit my jeans again. I am back in charge of my eating and feeling confident that I will be reminded now by my Bodychain if I should ever start on that slippery slope of blind weight gain.
So what did I discover about how the Body Chain worked for me?
Well firstly, I must say I was surprised that it worked for me at all. When I decided to try it, I gave myself a talking to that I was going to be open to at least seeing if it would work, and with my fears laid to rest by Wendy’s money back guarantee, I put it on and went with the process of feeling the chain and very curious about what would happen.
Here is some of the experiences I had:
Day1:
How tight am I supposed to wear this chain I wonder. Wendy showed me how she had it and it looked awfully tight. I was afraid if I had it that firm, it would be too uncomfortable. “Have it how it’s comfortable for you,” Wendy said. So I decide…lets have a loose one!
Day2-3:
I made a few more adjustments with the links in and out to gauge comfort levels during the day as by bed time the chain was about 2 links tighter than on waking in the morning.
Day3-14::
Comfort is established and with the technicalities under my belt…(so to speak), I began to notice how I was feeling about this new acquisition.
I soon recognised that I liked the Bodychain. Instead of it being like a ‘punitive parent’ telling me what to do with my eating, I realised that the Bodychain was like a friend on the journey.
Day14--50:
Slowly I noticed that the Bodychain was helping me establish a routine for resuming the healthy eating patterns I had established during my long weight-loss programme of 2 years ago. I kept it with a fairly loose fit due to my tummy extending at the end of the day and I watched with amazement as I grew more grateful for this ‘friend’ around my waist. Within this time also, I was regularly moving the chain in and I was feeling amazing!
Day 50-65:
By this time I had felt the Bodychain giving me visceral reminders when I ate more than I needed to. At one point when birthday after birthday after party after party were in front of me I chose to give myself a links reprieve to enjoy the 2 weeks ahead. I let the Bodychain out one link. I knew with certainty that if I over-stepped the mark of the link I had selected as the ‘reprieve’ point, that I would know immediately and that I was no longer in danger of blindly skating towards extra kilos. It actually took 3 weeks until I was back to where I had started, but the feeling I had of being in charge gave me confidence to let go of guilt and worry about what I was eating and simply enjoy my choices.
It is now about day 80 and my Bodychain and I are in a wealth of health and well being.
I have moved 8 links in total and plan for a few more yet. I also know that with Christmas around the corner that I can give myself a “reprieve link” or two without being in danger of falling off the cliff under the temptations of the Christmas season as I did last year.
Thank you Wendy, I think the Bodychain has been a great gift that will be with me for many years.

After having my son 5 years ago I decided I needed to lose that pregnancy weight in an easy and effective way. I wanted to be proud of myself for losing the weight so that's why I instantly thought of the Figure 8 bodychain. I didn't want a miracle pill or some fad detox diet to lose the weight. I wanted to lose the weight because I was managing my food intake and exercise regime, and the Figure 8 bodychain allowed me to do just that by being a constant reminder of when I was doing well and when I was slipping. I managed to lose a total of 30kgs and it's simply because the Figure 8 body chain reminded me of when enough was enough. Being able to bring the bodychain in one link at a time is a very empowering feeling and each time I did it I felt as though I had accomplished a huge feat and it was the motivation I needed to continue on with my weight loss plan . I know that I lost the weight due to my efforts, not because of a pill or a diet but by managing my weight through the aid of the Figure 8 body chain.
Now 5 years later I found myself about to become a mother again. Not just to the one baby but two, TWINS. I have managed to put on a bit more weight than I did when I had my son which is to be expected when having Twins but I have to say I can't "weight" to start the journey again with the Figure 8 bodychain. I simply love it and would never look to anything else to support me with my weight loss goals.
STAY TUNED TO SUPPORT ME THROUGH THIS JOURNEY!!

It’s the worst thing in the world when someone tells you that you need to lose some weight, mostly because you know in reality you need to. But actually having to take the steps to lose the weight is a whole other story. Traditionally I would have controlled what I ate, cut out carbs and restricted myself to the point where the “diet” was completely unsustainable. I’d monitor my weight by jumping on the scales, only to be disappointed with the gradual reduction of my weight or at times the weight I have gained from binging on my favourite foods.
Working on TV, my appearance is something that needs to be taken care of so I decided to embark on a conscious decision to get fit and healthy. Two years ago the Figure 8 body chain was brought to my attention; I wasn’t sure how it was going to work but I put it on and 2 years later it has not been removed from my body. Along with the body chain I have adopted a healthy lifestyle of exercise at least 5 days a week and a healthy diet which include the occasional treat. The figure8 body chain has helped to change my life! It has provided me with a tool that enables me to monitor my weight without ever having to stand on the dreaded scales. I can go away overseas and not worry about coming home and being told “you’ve put on weight” because I now know, at every moment where weight is at. The body chain is motivational, helpful and a one off unique tool for a lifetime of weight management, it’s something that I’ll have with me for as long as I live. Put it on and try it – that’s the only way you’ll realise what this simple tool will do for you. Truly an ingenious product.

Weight loss has always been a struggle for me, like most, I've tried "everything" including Weight Watchers and other diets. I was about to spend hundreds to join Jenny Craig when I was introduced to the Figure 8 bodychain. It has been the answer to my prayers, helping me drop from a size 24 to a size 12 and maintain that size easily! From wearing my Figure 8 Bodychain for just over a year and in conjunction with starting to exercise and slightly changing my food habits I went from a whopping size 22/24 to a fabulously unheard of (for me) much smaller size of 12/14. and I am happy to say that I have kept it off and maintained it with ease. My Figure 8 bodychain helped me especially when I go to the "all you can eat" smorgasboard (which I absolutely love) to control the amount I put in my mouth. Now when I really overeat my Figure 8 bodychain gets tight (I feel like I'm getting cut in half) and I know its time to stop. In the old days I would just wear stretchy elastic waistband that stretched with my large intake. My husband used to say that I'm shameless when it comes to desserts and he thinks my Figure 8 bodychain is sexy. I love my Figure 8 bodychain and wear it 24 hours a day 7 days a week (24/7 as they say) and have had to decrease the size of my Figure 8 bodychain substantially which is a great morale/confidence booster, which I was lacking in before. I never fully understood how big I had become until everyone commented on what I have achieved and by how much Figure 8 bodychain I have had to have taken off (so I would not revert and it had got too long anyway). I have been told that I have inspired a lot of people which I never thought I would do and that makes me feel great. Now everyone can learn about my secret (not so secret now) by reading my testimonial about my easy weight loss success using the Figure 8 bodychain. What motivated me to start doing something about my weight was I had high blood pressure and was on tablets for this but still did not feel well. Since losing weight and maintaining it I have left all my medication behind with my doctors approval and have never felt better. I feel like I can do anything now!!! I recommend the Figure 8 bodychain to anybody.

As an Olympian (in rowing) it is very important for me to maintain my weight at exactly the right level. It is of paramount importance that I do not overeat after hard sessions, and that I eat smaller meals at a time. Wearing the Figure 8 Bodychain enables me to do this with ease, even when I'm training, and it looks really great as well! It’s a constant reminder of your goal because you are aware of the Figure 8 Bodychain and feel it’s presence throughout the day. I can thoroughly recommend it to anyone who is engaged in top level sport.

I am a busy mother with no time or energy for any fancy weight-loss devices but with my chain I know instantly when I have to take care about what I eat and when it's time to get out for my walk. So I find it stops weight sneaking up when I don't have time to think about myself. Thanks Wendy for the Figure 8 bodychain

I am not overweight and am not trying to lose weight. However, as middle age sets in I am keen to maintain the status quo! I have been wearing a Figure 8 bodychain since 2001 and am amazed at the little fluctuations in weight. I have known that these have been there (eg pre-menstrual bloating and a "full" tummy following a feast) but with the Figure 8 bodychain it is reassuring to properly notice these changes and to understand why the weight is there. The awareness of these slight changes puts me in control of my body before it takes control of me. People I have spoken to compare the Figure 8 bodychain to a pair of jeans that they may put on and discover that they don't fit any more and so embark on a diet to get back into them. Wrong! The bodychain enables you to stop that from happening. With the bodychain the jeans don't get too tight. You are aware of the gradual increasing weight and so change your eating patterns, exercise regime or whatever long before you get to that stage. You are in control! I haven't taken the Figure 8 bodychain off at all and find that I hardly ever notice that it's even there. It is very comfortable and an attractive piece of jewellery. Forget the diamonds, this is a much better "best" friend! My husband finds it very sexy! (II'm still trying to work out if that's good or bad!!) It certainly has given our night life new zing! I enjoy wearing my Figure 8 bodychain, and firmly believe that it gives me the power to be who I want to be and to match that with how I want to look and feel. Being comfortable with your weight, and having the health that goes with that is a complex issue. There is no single answer. Diet alone won't do it, nor will exercise. Your general health and well-being are closely linked to more that that. The Figure 8 bodychain is as much about self image and the psychology involved with your own physical image. There is no tricking the Figure 8 bodychain. I enjoy my Figure 8 bodychain. It has become my secret friend that notices things about me before anyone else ever will, and together we are very powerful. I can say that I won't be taking mine off and I encourage anyone who either wants to lose weight or just to maintain their present weight to give a Figure 8 bodychain a try. There's more to it than meets the eye!!

The Figure 8 bodychain does what it says. It lets you know when you gain, lose or stay the same weight. It's an everyday constant reminder of your weight and helps you realize that what you eat goes to your waist. You have your own personal "chainer".
Sina, Windsor Heights, Auckland New Zealand
I was first introduced to the Figure 8 Bodychain after having my first child . I used to be a size ten before falling pregnant and just assumed I would be able to jump straight back into my favourite jeans. Unfortunately that was not to be the case and I was absolutely horrified to discover my favourite jeans would not even fit past my knees. It seemed that no matter how hard I tried it just felt like I wasn't losing any weight and that I would look that way forever. After wearing a Figure 8 bodychain for only one month I had to take it in a considerable amount. I would never have noticed the difference by just weighing myself because I still weighed the same, what I didn't see was my tummy starting to flatten. I was absolutely ecstatic. The Figure 8 bodychain gave me back my confidence and reassured me I wasn't going to look this way forever because it gave me physical evidence. Don't get me wrong I'm no size ten again….Yet!
Hela, Christchurch, New Zealand
The Figure 8 bodychain has helped me to lose weight. How you're probably thinking" It's only a chain. Well, really that's true but if you are as conscious of your weight as I am and have been trying to lose weight, then this Figure 8 bodychain is the one and only for you… You can see how much you've lost along the journey. With me I was 120kgs (264lbs) and when I got my Figure 8 bodychain it helped me to realise how much I had put on but as a result of me wearing this Figure 8 bodychain I have taken it in 10 links after losing 20 kgs(44lbs) and I'm still going. I would recommend this Figure 8 bodychain to anyone and everyone. It really works if you keep on wearing it. Just give it a chance and like me you'll see the results.
Maud, Grey Lynn, Auckland New Zealand
After giving up 22 years of smoking my weight increased uncontrollably, I needed help and found that the Figure 8 bodychain helped me physically and emotionally to find a balance. By monitoring my waistline 24/7 without having to really think about it, I found I unconsciously began to change eating habits. Initially I wanted it to help me stop gaining weight, now I am using it to lose weight slowly but surely. My goal for this year is "to get a bracelet out of my chain"! Thanks.
Sue, Pakuranga, Auckland New Zealand
I have been wearing the Figure 8 bodychain since 2001. During this time I have maintained my weight. You go through stages where you eat a lot of the wrong foods and with myself, my weakness, is sweet food. The Figure 8 bodychain tells you when you are overdoing it and tightens around your waist so you are consciously aware of your weight. You have the freedom to eat what you like but the Figure 8 bodychain will definitely tell you when you are overdoing it. It is an easy way of keeping control of your weight.
Lynne, Bucklands Beach, Auckland New Zealand
During the first 3 months I wore my Figure 8 bodychain I was able to gradually take it in 11cm (4 inches) due to me being aware and making better choices with food. My waist size has been maintained since. It is comfortable to wear and a constant reminder to me to keep my weight maintained. My husband likes me wearing it too.
Ngaire, Papatoetoe, Auckland New Zealand.
I first heard about this "Bodychain" from a friend who worked with Wendy. It was at a Christmas party , and I spoke to Wendy and my friend and they very briefly explained what it was. I put the thought aside to ask her about it later. Anyway I caught up with Wendy while on holiday in January that year, and had an in depth talk about it. At that time I had put on about 5kg (10lb 7oz) during the past year and was feeling quite frumpy and unhappy about not fitting into my work clothes in particular. As who can afford to keep buying new clothes to fit. Anyway Wendy was kind enough to loan one to me as I was quite sceptical and had been a typical yo-yo dieter over the years, even tried the latest Body for Life type diet, high protein - low cart etc etc, you name it I think I've tried them all. So the same day I put it on, and well it felt a bit strange, but after about a week I established where I wanted it to sit comfortable but just snug enough for it to "ring the bell" when I had eaten too much. I didn't weigh myself, or measure myself before I started, I just went with the flow. After 6-8 weeks I have lost 2 inches from my waist. I was bordering on a size 16, one up from my usual, and now fit a size 12 in some brands, and all my 14's are loose. I found for me that this was great motivation to get off my butt and do something. I didn't diet, I just cut down on my quantities of food, especially at night, and increased my exercise. It definitely works for me. I don't worry about what I eat any more - if I feel like "pigging" out I do, I just don't do it 2 days in a row - It's a very subtle reminder, but its like wearing a ring or a bracelet, you know it's there but it becomes part of you. After that I said to Wendy I wanted to help her out with getting her first 'home sell party' up and running and 3 sales were made that afternoon from 4 people. I think that if you've tried everything and it hasn't worked give the Figure 8 bodychain a go.
Patricia, Point Chevalier, Auckland New Zealand
Good guideline. Keeps you aware of putting weight on or not and lets you decide what to do. Recommend the Figure 8 bodychain to anyone who has a weight problem.
Mrs BJ, Bucklands Beach, Auckland New Zealand
I have been wearing my Figure 8 bodychain for years now and have never taken it off. I wouldn't be without it. I have dropped 4kgs (9lbs) since I started wearing it and have taken it in 2 links. I don't diet or consciously watch what I eat but I know when its time to cut down as my Figure 8 bodychain starts to get tight and uncomfortable. I would thoroughly recommend the Figure 8 bodychain to anyone who is conscious of their weight and likes to maintain it.
Stacey, Glen Innes, Auckland new Zealand
I find the Figure 8 bodychain excellent for giving you a guage of when you may be putting a bit of weight on or losing. It helps you to control your weight without having to jump on the scales every week. It has helped me to maintain my current weight after losing around 10 kgs (22lbs). You can know if you are gaining or losing weight and no one else will as it is so discreet.
Sally, Titirangi, Auckland New Zealand
Hi, my name is Sally, I am in my middle years. Tend to be a little on the heavy side. When I heard about the Figure 8 bodychain I was impressed. I have now been wearing the Figure 8 bodychain since 2001. Without any real effort I have shortened the chain by 5 links, which I am happy with. Next year I would like to do the same again.
Claire, Westmere, Auckland New Zealand
The Figure 8 bodychain is incredibly comfortable. So comfortable that I don't notice it and I'm a non jewellery wearer. Definitely helped me to keep track of pre-menstrual bloating. Definitely notice when I've put weight on. Whilst pre-menstrual bloating and feeling fat, as though I'd put on weight., I went on an expensive clothes buying spree that was a failure. Now with the Figure 8 bodychain I am aware of where I am in the cycle because it gets tight. The Figure 8 bodychain has raised my awareness of my susceptibility to overindulge in chocolate at this time. I am now very wary of impulse clothes purchases at this time.
Tara, Amber and Ashley, Redcliffe, Brisbane, Australia
My family have been using the Figure 8 bodychain since I returned home from New Zealand. My older teenage children (son and daughter) use a Figure 8 bodychain to help them maintain their weight as it lets you know when you are putting on weight. I worry about my daughters eating habits, but now the Figure 8 bodychain lets her know that she is not getting any "fatter" and I know she is not getting any "skinnier". I myself find it great as it helps me maintain my weight and lets me know if I have put on weight. It is a real kick when you lose a little and can take the chain in a few links. I recommend using the Figure 8 bodychain as it helps you watch your waistline.
Ning, Point Chevalier, Auckland, New Zealand
I have cancer, which, funnily enough, seems to go hand in hand with anorexia. The Figure 8 bodychain has been fantastic! I wore it before I was diagnosed and relied on my Figure 8 bodychain to let me know that I didn't really need that extra chocolate. Now it still adorns my waist only now it reminds me to eat, as it gets loose if I don't and slides further down towards my hips. Every home should have at least one Figure 8 bodychain.
Ave, Manurewa, Auckland New Zealand
To all those out there that think that this is another gimmick, think again! Everything that is said is true. I'm a single parent hitting the 30 shortly and have 3 lovely girls. I work full-time whilst studying for my diploma/degree part-time and also have a lot of sporting commitments - not to mention my girls are getting to the age of "I want to go everywhere". I don't have the time nor the patience or can be bothered to take time out to look at my diet or gym programme to ensure I don't get any bigger than I already am or to measure whether I'm getting any thinner. With the Figure 8 bodychain I can eat till I drop, but if I don't have the room for it, it'll soon start cutting into my rolls (around my tummy that is). It's great to have this sexy piece of jewellery around my waist that constantly reminds me that I'm not getting any bigger or that I've got room to have that one more dunkin' donut! I wish everyone could have one as it's the best invention I've seen in a long time!! Go on - try it, I know you want to, even if it's just to prove that I'm wrong… but just you wait and see - I'm right!!!!!
Michelle, Norfolk Island.
I have been wearing Wendy's Figure 8 bodychain since 2001 and I find it both easy wearing and sexy. My teenage daughter wears it as a belt but I find that you get very used to having the Figure 8 bodychain close to your skin, like wearing earrings I suppose. It definitely lets you know when your midriff is expanding and gives you great delight when you are able to take a link in. I would highly recommend this Figure 8 bodychain to all ages. As I said it's sexy and exciting and could be just what every person is looking for.
Josie, Panmure, Auckland, New Zealand
I have lost the 10kg (22lbs) that I never thought I would. I plan to lose approximately 5kg (11lbs) more. The Figure 8 bodychain was the catalyst to make it happen. My mind became very conscious of the changes in my Figure 8 bodychain depending on what I ate. I drink water now and have become very conscious of what I'm eating for example, I and my family now read labels on food before deciding whether to eat it or not. I have not been dieting as such or exercising much. Just ab-rollering and watching what I eat. The Figure 8 bodychain helps me eat the right food as I really hate the feeling of the Figure 8 bodychain if it is too tight. I have found that just wearing it at a comfortable level has helped me take it in link by link. I am so pleased with my progress. It's a lifestyle change. A really positive thing. I never take my Figure 8 bodychain off and I feel great!!!
Nua, Grey Lynn, Auckland New Zealand
It's way sexier than having your belly button pierced (never mind the fact that the Figure 8 bodychain is painless as well). It's the best investment I have ever made. You have just gotta get one for yourself. I feel like I'm a million dollars wearing my sterling silver Figure 8 bodychain. I just wish I'd had one sooner.
Louisa, Avondale, Auckland New Zealand.
Hi, my name is Louisa, I'm 38 years old. I have the great pleasure of wearing the Figure 8 bodychain.I have always had a roller coaster weight problem since I've had my children.
Many a diet I have tried with no success. I wear my Figure 8 bodychain 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Working out at the gym and lying on a sunbed is not a problem. I am a postie and am on my pushbike sometimes 5 hours a day. Honestly you don't realize you have the Figure 8 bodychain on!!! It has been a great reminder to the stomach, especially when you have eaten too much. It tells you to STOP!!!!! I'm a stubborn person and I refuse to loosen my chain once I have taken it in a link and I've never had to. It took me 8 months to lose 17kg (37 lb in my language). To take my chain in quite a few links (10) has been very satisfying, so all you women out there, give it a go, you won't regret it. You'll love it!!!!!!!
Ella, Avondale, Auckland New Zealand
I put the Figure 8 bodychain on one December and it was the first time ever that I had not put on weight over Christmas. It's not rocket science, I know immediately when I've eaten too much, and I can decide to stop. The Figure 8 bodychain helps me make the right decision and it looks so sexy! I love it!!
Melissa, Point Chevalier, Auckland New Zealand
I really love my Figure 8 bodychain. I never take it off. It looks great on especially with my belly button stud. I don't have to watch my figure now as my Figure 8 bodychain does it for me.
Gaelene, Woodville, New Zealand
I was introduced to the Figure 8 bodychain in November 2001. Over the Christmas period I was really naughty and didn't stick to any diet or health plan and I went to the maximum of my Figure 8 bodychain. My Figure 8 bodychain became so tight and uncomfortable I had to take it off which made me very disappointed in myself because it defeats the purpose of why I brought it originally. I found out that really I am responsible for putting the weight on myself. So after Christmas I put myself back on track because of health reasons and my own well being. I took more notice of what I was actually eating. I made the commitment to myself that each morning I would make nice appealing salads to take to work and eat that instead of pies or savouries. I kept trying my Figure 8 bodychain on until I could wear it comfortably. I have now taken it in 14 cms (5.1/2 inches. I have now reached a plateau where I need to put exercise into my lifestyle. I am awaiting a knee reconstruction and then I will be going for walks. I cannot wait to see how much extra chain I will take in when I exercise as well. I find it very sensual and comfortable. My partner really likes it. I wear shorter tops and let people see it. The Figure 8 bodychain gives me so much extra confidence. I love it!!!

I had transflap reconstruction surgery after a total right mastectomy due to breast cancer. The Figure 8 bodychain works really well for me as it gets a bit tight and annoying if I eat too much. I joined Weight Watchers because of the motivation from the Figure 8 bodychain. I have since lost all that weight which is 3" (7.5cm) off my waist going from 85kgs (187lbs) to 76kgs (167lbs). Now my Figure 8 bodychain does not get tight and annoy me when I get out of bed. I have also taken up swimming as I now have much for self confidence due to both the transflap breast reconstruction surgery and from wearing my Figure 8 bodychain. My Figure 8 bodychain has been a fabulous aid to my eating and exercising programme and it is a guide to me losing weight. I have taken in so many links on my Figure 8 bodychain that it is getting too long and I'm going to have some links chopped off. How motivational is that!!!

I love my Figure 8 bodychain. It's sexy. It makes me feel sexy. It looks great on. It helps to keep my weight in check and I'm very happy to say I haven't had to take it out at all and have actually taken it in 2 links. I know its there but don't really feel it unless I've eaten too much. Then you feel it and you know its time to stop eating. I haven't taken it off since I brought it. I'm really glad you invented it. Thank you so much. I'll be forever "waisted" with my Figure 8 bodychain.
